Traeger Grill Premium Nomex Gasket, self stick was another Modification I did to help seal the Grill. It works great but when you are using a leave in temperature probe it defeats the purpose of the gasket. But on long cooks like pulled pork or Brisket, you don't even need to probe until 6 or more hours in. Click here to see on Amazon
